At the New Years Party of the Flemmish Ju-Jitsu Federation the SJJI Dojo “Budo-school Kempen” received the Award for “Club of the Year 2017.
This Belgian Dojo, under the passionate guidance of Sensei David Van Der Schoepen, started about 7 years ago and grow to become a strong Budo-school.

Starting as a student and traveling all over Belgium and the Netherland, Sensei Van Der Schoepen has proven to be an excellent organizer of events, but nowadays he also is an international teacher to children.
With the support of his lovely wife Sandy and the help of his Board Members, volunteers and students this Dojo offers a variety of Budo-activities, like Ju-Jitsu, Tai-Jitsu, Goshin Jitsu and also Iaido.
One of the biggest events in Belgian is the annual Sakura Taikai, which this year will be held for the 6th time already.
This Taikai is also organized by Budo-school Kempen, Sensei Van Der Schoepen and his “Kizuna”, Family by (Budo)Heart.

The Board of Seishinkai Ju-Jitsu International, the Japan Staff and also Soke Sadatomo Harada wants to say: “おめでとうございます, Omedeto Gozaimasu, Congratulations to Sensei David Van Der Schoepen, als his “Kizuna’.
