日本の武道でのタイトルTitles of Budo in Japan 武道では２種類のタイトルがあります。 ①称号のタイトル: 範士、教士、練士②流派のタイトル 総士範、士範、士範代、指導員 称号のタイトルは教員のタイトルで、それらは道場でなく連盟によって授与されます流派のタイトルの様に技術的なスキルだけでなく、指導者としての信頼と人格を侍や武士階級の人々に期待される証である。 範士：Hanshi　とは 日本の武道既得の最高の尊敬すべき巨匠通常このタイトルは５５歳以上の候補者に授与される最高の称号（先生の模範）人生の模範人格全てが備わった立派な人物だけに授与される 教士：Kyoshi とは 非常に知識がある人物で先生の先生彼の流派の全ての技術を実証するだけでなく人間として彼自身を高い道徳者になり得る人物でないといけない。候補者の年齢は４０歳～４５歳並びに６段を持つ必要がある 練士：Renshi　とは 称号タイトルの初級。 熟練した教師で、厳格な練習を通じて人格を磨き抜いた武士であることの意味。 候補者の年齢は３５歳で流派の４段を持つこと。 ・日本国には大切なものが４つある。 天皇陛下、靖国神社、富士山、桜の花 ・千日の稽古を「鍛」とし、万日の稽古を「練」とする（五輪書） 宮本武蔵によると２０歳前後の修練が「鍛」であり、５０歳までの30年に及ぶ稽古が「練」であるとのこと。→練士 師範：Shihan とは 道場の主たるインストラクター免状を免状発行団体から受けること。あとは流派の重要な先生で彼の流派の技術や肩を実演出来なければならない。候補者の年齢は４０歳～５０歳まであるべき流派の４～７段を持っていなければならない。 師範代：Shihan-Dai とは 師範の代わりになる人物師範になる資格を持つ人の一つ前の称号候補者の年齢は３０歳～４０歳流派の段位は４段～５段 指導員：Shidoin　とは 道場で技術を教えて教室道場を運営できる熟練した先生です指導員の称号を持つ者は、道場、教室でアシスタント講師としてクラスを教えることができる技術と流派の原則、歴史などを教える基本的な知識を持っている必要がある。 候補者の年齢は２５歳～３０歳で、流派の３段を持っている必要がある ※以上の称号候補者は、当団体の規定による審査を要します申込書は以下からダウンロードしてください申込書以外に、あなたの武道歴と段位取得団体と、段位証明書の画像をGIF形式で添付して送信してください。 国際糸東流空手道聖心会宗家日本格闘競技連盟理事（JMAGA)全日本柔術競技連盟会長(AJJF) 公認・国際柔術聖心会名誉会長・宗家  (SJJI) 原田貞朋 ※AJJF は、日本オリンピック協会加盟日本格闘競技連盟の認めた唯一のヨーロピアン柔術団体です。
